The comment that Tirumala Laddu is made of animal fat caused a stir. Indeed AP CM Chandrababu’s comments have become a sensation. Chandrababu’s comments which exposed the stark truth in the meeting of alliance MLAs and MPs shocked everyone.
Is this matter in the original vigilance report of TDP which released the lab report that there is animal fat in the preparation of Tirumala Laddu Prasad..! Will the report with the government reveal the truth? Did you speak because the CM has this report? What is the argument of the ruling party in this matter? The TDP leaders are saying that everything Chandrababu said about Tirumala laddus is true. Butter oil is imported from abroad and used to make Srivari laddus. An ex-official blames Punyame for using inferior ghee in laddoos. Former TTD chairmen Bhumana Karunakar Reddy and YV Subbar Reddy’s criticism of Chandrababu who spoke the truth is not correct. Karunakar Reddy and YV Subbareddy are accused of corrupting TTD.
Former TTD board member and TDP leader Ovi Ramana said that cow ghee is available only in the states of Karnataka and Punjab. The BJP leaders accused the previous YCP government of deliberately reducing the quality of laddoos. Bhanu Prakash Reddy, spokesperson of BJP, said that the quality of prasads was reduced for the sake of commissions and Karunakar Reddy and YV Subbareddy have no right to speak on the CM’s comments.
He said that TTD is using 14 tons of ghee per day for the preparation of prasads. He questioned whether the same committee is being continued for 9 years due to lack of experts across the country. He said that Karunakar Reddy brought the culture of commissions in TTD.
BJP leaders say that what CM Chandrababu said about animal fat in making laddu is true. He said that Chandrababu said that animal fat was added along with edible oils and the report given by the expert committee on the materials used for the preparation of tirumala laddu Prasad makes this clear. BJP leader Bhanu Prakash Reddy said that the vigilance report on corruption during the last 5 years of YCP rule will come out soon. YCP is responding strongly to the allegations of adulterated ghee in TTD laddoos. Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, the former chairman of the TTD board, is alleging that Chandrababu is trying to harm the rival party.
Chandrababu is being accused of spreading false propaganda in the national media with the NDDB fake report. He is spreading false propaganda without correcting his mistake. Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said that on July 17, TTD EO Shyamala Rao clearly stated that there is edible oil. Chandrababu’s attempt to tarnish the reputation of TTD has failed. Bhumana asked why the officials are not talking about this matter.. Why are you talking? They want to conduct an enquiry with the sitting judge. He was accused of insulting the entire Hindu race.

He said that he is saddened that the prestige of Lord Venkateswara will be damaged by such allegations. Lokesh accused former EO Dharma Reddy of hurting the sentiments of devotees by fighting for commissions. Lokesh said that butter oil was imported from abroad through Delhi-based Alpha Company.
Purification has started in TTD and sanctity will be preserved. Lokesh said that whoever is responsible for the adulterated ghee should be released. The commissions taken in the illegal purchase of ghee will also be recovered and put in Srivari Hundi. He said that he is challenging YV Subbareddy that he will take oath in Tirumala.
