He opined that there should be more facilities for delivery boys in malls.

Deepinder Goyal’s video revealed that delivery boys are not allowed to use the lift in the mall. He himself walked three floors and went to the restaurant above. Even after that, he realized that there were no proper facilities for waiting for delivery boys. Actually, he went to the third floor, but he came to know that the delivery boys had no entry to the mall. He interacted with other delivery partners who were sitting on the floor near the stairs.

Zomato CEO mentioned this incident in his post.
“An incident occurred during my second order. That incident made me understand that the working conditions of the partners should be improved. We should work with malls on this matter. Malls also need to be more humane towards delivery partners,’ Goyal posted on X.
